Omni Air Group supports both new entrant and existing air carriers with FAA certification, compliance services and more. From Single-Pilot and Basic Part 135 certifications to Full 135 on-demand and scheduled operations with turbojet equipment, our people have the knowledge and experience to complete your 135 certification project.

In conjunction with its certification services, Omni Air Group produces highly professional manual systems for 135 operators conducting both on-demand and commuter operations. OAG manuals and programs incorporate Safety Attributes as developed by FAA for 121 operators, whereby safety is designed into air carrier systems and processes, rather than included as a separate component.

To further this system safety concept, Omni Air Group has developed a Safety Management System for use by all 135 operators, in accordance with FAA’s SMS Advisory Circular AC 120-92, ICAO guidance and other sources.

Keeping ahead of the Game
Currently, FAA does not accept or approve SMS programs. However, in preparation for mandated FAA acceptance, OAG’s SMS program incorporates FAA System Safety Attributes and the guidance contained in FAA’s Safety Management Systems Advisory Circular AC 120-92. SMS becomes law for all certificated aviation service providers in January of 2009, as mandated by ICAO.
