Incident Reporter™meets all ICAO, Transport Canada, EASA and FAA requirements for risk assessment, documentation and controls, including assessment of substitute risk and acceptance of residual risk by the appropriate risk-decision authority.

Controls enable administrators to “lock” Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) after they have been accepted, and prohibit closing of records unless all risk controls, corrective actions, follow-up audits and communications of lessons learned have been satisfactorily completed.

Incident Reporter’s™ functional layout and intuitive interface permit fast and easy navigation. Nine “tabs” are used to record incident, accident or event data, including detailed descriptions and photos. Fields are user-defined to reflect the methods and procedures you currently use. The blue navigation buttons near the top permit rapid navigation between screens.



Enter risk statements and Relative Calculated Risk, a formula that rates—on a scale of 0 to 100—the risk of an accident or event happening or reoccurring based on the exposure, likelihood, and severity of the risk.

Develop multi-faceted Corrective Action Plans that permit assignment of risk controls and corrective actions to specific department managers or supervisors. Manage safety and quality issues of vendors and contractors, too.
