Introduction to Safety Management Systems
OAG's Introduction to Safety Management Systems is a formal classroom course where SMS theory and concepts are explained in easy-to-understand terms. Based on FAA and USFS models for SMS training, this 2-day course is delivered at your place of business to senior management, department managers and your Safety Officer. Learning is reinforced with sample exercises and a workbook with references for future study. Includes integration of Safety Attributes and other system safety principles. All materials are provided by OAG.
This intensive course of SMS training is conducted personally by Paul Salerno, President of Omni Air Group. Paul is an effective communicator and SMS subject matter expert, with over 30 years of real-world experience as an owner / operator, key manager, and aviation consultant.
