SMS Development

Your Quality SMS will be developed, with your input, to complement the size and scope of your operations, operating rules, contractual requirements and available management resources. We'll help you determine the standards with which you want to comply (ICAO, IS-BAO, TC, EASA, HAI, CAMT, ATOS) and the tools you need to get there. For example, do you need a closed Confidential Reporting System or a full Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) with FAA involvement?

Information & Training Centre

Included with your Quality SMS, the Information & Training Centre (ITC) "ties it all together" with a virtual desktop for each employee, document library, memo system, training / task assignment and links to the Incident Reporter database and other online resources. A link from your company website is all that is needed to connect your people to the ITC and Incident Reporter's Online Reporting Form.

Training for All Personnel

Train your employees everywhere with Online SMS training, delivered through each employee's virtual desktop. Training modules emphasize human factors and the roles, responsibilities and accountabilities of personnel as they pertain to quality and safety management. Additional training modules for supervisors, managers and your Director of Safety are also offered.

Professional Consulting Services

In the unlikely event of an accident, incident, violation or identified area of high risk that cannot immediately be corrected, OAG provides 24/7 support to our Quality SMS clients at no charge. We can provide you with experience-backed suggestions and solutions for risk mitigation and crisis response.
