Safety Management System Training
Online SMS Training for Employees and Managers
Train and qualify all personnel and managers by having them log in with their email address and your company-assigned password, via the Online Training area of the OAG website. Provide SMS Safety Orientation Training to new-hires and newly-promoted supervisors & managers anywhere, anytime, as often as you like. SMS Basics Classroom Training
OAG's SMS Basics is a formal classroom course where SMS theory and concepts are explained in easy-to-understand terms. Learning is reinforced with sample exercises and a workbook with references for future study. Based on FAA and USFS models for SMS training, this 2-day course is essential for managers who are developing their own SMS or are about to implement the OAG Safety Management System model.

Introductory SMS Training for your Management Team
For an additional fee, we'll bring the training to you! OAG can administer our 2-day SMS Basics course at your facility to senior management, department managers and your Director of Safety. Includes integration of ATOS principles. Training is conducted by one of OAG’s principals, who possess in-depth knowledge of Safety Management Systems and have real-world experience as owner/operators. All materials are provided by OAG. The course consists of powerpoint demonstrations, formal lecture, sample exercises and open discussion regarding practical application in your organization.
